Substrates treated with Silicone Waterseal are especially characterized by an excellent beading effect.PreparationBefore treating the surfaces, ensure that all areas are cleaned, removing dirt, grease, mould, fungal or any loose surface coatings.Completely remove any decorative paints and mould release agents. At least one month before the Multicrete Silicone Waterseal is applied, ensure that any re-pointing, rendering and defect such as mortar joints should be finished. The effectiveness of the treatment will be compromised if the surface has defective joints or cracks.If the surfaces are contaminated with large quantities of white salt, further advice on how to treat the area should be sought.Cover glass, metal, wood, window or door frames prior to application of Multicrete Silicone Waterseal in order to avoid residue splashes. Protect plants with plastic sheeting.ApplicationMulticrete Silicone Waterseal can be applied to damp surfaces.Use a brush or low pressure sprayer (avoiding using fine mist) starting from the top, working down to the bottom.Avoid application if rainfall is expected.CoverageApproximately 5 litres will treat 50m². However the coverage will be dependent on the porosity of the surfaces to be treated.CleaningClean equipment with water.Remove any splashes as soon as possible as left for a few days, they will be extremely difficult to remove.StorageDo not store in temperatures below 5°c. Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Multicrete then you have 28 days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
- The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
- Any products which have been manufactured to order will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- If the return is due to missing or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 days.
- Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
- Make sure you obtain a proof of postage. Returns sent by post are at your own cost.
All pallet orders paid and taken before 12.30pm will be dispatched on the same day on a next day service, this excludes weekends. We request that the courier contacts you approximately one hour before the pallet delivery. All pallet deliveries to residential address are kerb side drops.
